Therapeutic Tarot Readings

Tarot, in this space, is not about predicting the future or telling you who you’re going to marry-it’s a structured way to explore patterns, emotions, and internal conflicts using symbolism and narrative.

In many ways, it overlaps with how we already think in therapy—looking at themes, projections, and meaning-making—just through a different lens.

My Approach

My background is in psychotherapy, and I approach tarot through a psychological lens.

That means:

  • No mysticism required

  • No assumptions about fate or destiny

  • A focus on autonomy, insight, and grounded decision-making

You are always the authority on your own life. The cards are just a tool.

What you should know

What This Is (and Isn’t)

These sessions are:

  • A tool for self-reflection

  • A way to explore emotional patterns and decision-making

  • A structured conversation using imagery and symbolism

These sessions are not:

  • Fortune telling

  • Crisis or emergency mental health care

  • A replacement for therapy

How It Works

A typical session includes:

  • A brief check-in about what you’d like to explore

  • A tarot spread tailored to your question or theme

  • Collaborative interpretation (not me “telling you what it means”)

  • Connecting the cards to real-life patterns, thoughts, and behaviors

Who This Is For

This may be a good fit if you:

  • Tend to overthink or feel stuck in cycles

  • Are processing a relationship or major life decision

  • Want a different way to access insight beyond traditional conversation

  • Are open to symbolic or narrative-based reflection
